We’re excited to unveil a new award open to all of our franchisees that’s all about leading by example. The quarterly Role Model Franchisee award encompasses a number of categories that we think symbolise the high standards we all want to be known for. Some of the categories rated, include:
- Customer feedback
- Audit performance
- Response to job call-backs
- Sales and market share growth
- Team work – with other franchisees and Wet-seal’s corporate office
