I run a medium size kitchen and bathroom renovation business in Melbourne.

I have found all of them very professional and easy to deal with, which as a builder is what you want.
Obviously, when you are renovating a bathroom you have fairly tight timelines and Wet-seal’s Victorian Franchisees are always very accommodating in getting the job done.
More importantly in all those years, I think I’ve had one issue with a leaking shower and Wet-seal’s Franchisee was onsite promptly and we worked through it and rectified it. Standing behind your work is the most important trait a builder wants, and Wet-seal does that.
When discussing bathrooms with clients, I mention that waterproofing their bathroom is the most important trade and explain we don’t cut corners and use professionals!
In my written proposals to clients I actually mention that we use Wet-seal for all our waterproofing and include a link to Wet-seal’s website.
