Wet-seal’s Bayside franchise gets number two Top Gun for the second year

Congratulations to our Bayside franchisees, Mark and Debra Forrest, who received 2011-2012 Top Gun award. They were presented with the accolade at Wet-seal’s bi-annual Conference in Hawaii in September 2012, making it the second year in a row they’ve achieved this ranking.
