Since 2000, Alf Beilharz has been the driving force behind Wet-seal Central Victoria, bringing exceptional waterproofing solutions to his region. Starting his career as a tiler in the mid-1980s, Alf transitioned into waterproofing after recognizing the value and quality of the Wet-seal system.
“I hadn’t done any waterproofing prior to buying Wet-seal Central Victoria,” Alf explains. “But I had seen (and worked over) the product and was very impressed with the quality and detail of the system. It seemed like a great fit for my tiling business, so I decided to take the plunge and purchased my area then.”
Over the past 25 years, Alf has built a reputation for doing waterproofing right the first time. “I’d like to think that Wet-seal Central Victoria has a reputation of doing your waterproofing right the first time,” he says. “We’ve had very few call-backs in almost 25 years, and we stand by our products and the quality of our work.”
Alf and his team handle a range of projects, from large commercial developments to single residential showers. The consistent theme? Exceptional results and satisfied customers. “The most rewarding thing is always the customer’s reaction when they see the finished job and say, ‘Well, you can see that’s gotta work.’”

He shares a unique experience: “I have done renovations where I needed to remove waterproofing I had done in those early years, and it was as good as the day it was laid down.
