Wet-seal™ Enviro-coat DS 420
Wet-seal™ Enviro-coat DS 420 is a one component, highly durable, inert fabric reinforced SBR latex hybridised polyurethane, water-based membrane designed for waterproofing decks, balconies, concrete slabs, and other general external structures that will be covered with toppings, screeds, tile beds or trafficable coverings.
Wet-seal™ Enviro-coat DS 420 is a BRANZ appraised product and is compliant to AS 4654.1:2012 and AS 4654.2:2012. Wet-seal™ Enviro-coat DS 420 is water based and low in VOC and meets the GBCA’s Green Star IEQ requirements.

When tiling directly over Wet-seal™ Enviro-coat Membranes, polymer modified, flexible cement-based tile adhesives are recommended. Wet-seal Enviro-coat Membranes have been independently tested and are compatible with quality C2S1 and C2S2 tile adhesives. Ensure that the tile glue is water based. Solvent based adhesives are not compatible with Wet-seal™ Enviro-coat Membranes. Premixed (Dispersion) tile adhesives are not recommended. All tiling is to be carried out to AS 3958.1- 2007 “A Guide to The Installation of Ceramic Tiles”.
